Huge congratulations to Simon Hsu (許哲硯), a graduate of our June 2023 SCA Roasting Certification Class, on taking 1st place in the 2024 Coffee Song Festival Roasting Championship!
Starting out as a complete beginner, Simon dedicated a full year of practice to earn this incredible achievement. After his win, he shared with Kelly that the skills and insights he gained were immensely practical and invaluable, expressing deep gratitude for her dedicated guidance throughout the course.
