「本命咖啡館」帶領青年縮短夢想與現實的距離

綠石咖啡（Green Stone Coffee）近期受勞動署邀請，由創辦人暨咖啡教育者王慧齡老師親自主持講座，與現場超過數十位年輕學員分享其職涯歷程與咖啡創業的實務經驗。

本次講座以「本命咖啡館」為主題，從個人職涯選擇出發，延伸至咖啡產業的發展脈絡與創業實戰，協助學員重新思考：什麼樣的咖啡館，才是適合自己的道路。

王慧齡老師於講座中指出，許多年輕人對於開設咖啡館抱有理想與想像，但往往忽略現實市場中的營運挑戰。

透過自身從餐飲管理、精品咖啡訓練到創立綠石咖啡的經歷，老師分享：

• 如何判斷自己是否適合咖啡創業
• 微型咖啡館的生存策略
• 從技術到商業模式的轉換
• 如何建立可持續的營運模式

強調「不是每個人都需要開咖啡館，但每個人都需要找到自己的本命定位」。

Green Stone Coffee Academy founder Hui-Ling Wang was invited by the Ministry of Labor Youth Career Development Center to deliver a keynote talk titled “The Café That Defines You”.

The session focused on helping young participants bridge the gap between their entrepreneurial dreams and real-world execution in the coffee industry.

With over 20 years of experience in hospitality, coffee education, and business operations, Wang shared practical insights on career decisions, startup realities, and how to build a sustainable micro coffee business.

The event also included a site visit to Green Stone Coffee, offering participants a closer look at real training environments and industry practices.
