很高興在疫情後的2023開春, Kelly老師以一款西達摩水洗檸檬糖霜咖啡豆, 榮獲了美國咖啡評鑑

Coffee Review 獲頒95 高分的杯測分數!  在乾旱與人力青黃不接的2022, 衣索比亞表現普通, 

但很驚喜地在2022 年末我們發現一款優異的好咖啡, 在酸與香氣以及滑順度都很優越的生豆, 

通過幾次的烘焙測試後, 我們以選定的profile 送往美國評鑑, 分數非常好！以下是美國評鑑的報告

盲評
芳香濃郁；複雜的。可可粒、邁耶檸檬凝乳、杏仁花、百里香、楓糖漿的香氣和杯子。精緻的甜酸結構和充滿活力的花香酸度；口感活潑、絲滑。餘味和諧、平衡，餘味悠長。

一款香氣濃郁的水洗西達莫杯，其令人陶醉的芳香轉化為杯子：明亮、平衡、多汁、迷人。


Blind Assessment

Richly aromatic; complex. Cocoa nib, Meyer lemon curd, almond blossom, thyme, maple syrup in aroma and cup. Delicately sweet-tart structure with vibrant floral acidity; lively, silky-smooth mouthfeel. Harmonious, balanced finish that lingers long.

Notes

Produced by smallholding farmers, entirely of the 74112 variety of Arabica, and processed by the traditional washed method (fruit skin and pulp are removed before drying).
