Congo Washed Medium Coffee 225g

NT$8400 NT$9000

The Bourbon wash produced here in Kalehe, South Kinu, Republic of Congo, is at an altitude of 1800-2000M. Her personality is "gentle yet strong", which is hard to describe! It has a charming hibiscus floral fragrance with excellent intensity. It has a smooth citrus main note. The smoothness and balance when it slides into the mouth are very good. It instantly changes from soft and soft to a thick and firm chocolate feeling. It is also very wild, unique and interesting. Coffee!

Today I’m going to introduce a very special coffee bean that we source directly from the place of origin.

Because in the past, you could only drink coffee from North Keanu in Taiwan, and there was less terroir coffee from South Keanu.

This product happens to be grown on farmland that we have never touched before, and is processed by the well-known treatment Nyamasasa

I found that it has a wide range of beans, can withstand heat, and is very resistant to baking. This really makes me want to achieve her best look!

A gentle yet strong coffee, with a charming hibiscus fragrance, good strength, and a smooth citrus main note that slides into your mouth.

The smoothness and balance in it are very good, it instantly changes from soft and soft to thick and firm chocolate texture, and it turns very quickly and wildly,
So gentle and a little strong, after all, I am cultivating in a war-torn land, suffering from the pressure of life but not losing my hope for the future.

In order to have a better outlet for the beautiful coffee berries, in the early days, we even took the risk of transporting them to neighboring Rwanda for export.

Because it is difficult to export from Congo, many world powers that want to drink Congolese coffee have difficulty in obtaining it. Currently, there is a process

Some assistance in the country’s coffee cultivation, processing and export policies! I hope that in the future everyone will not have to go to Rwanda so hard to export!

Sweet Maria's official website says this about the coffee beans from this region:

If you want to expand your coffee bean list, this Congolese coffee bean is a good choice. It has a style that you have never experienced before and is very interesting!
