By mastering the new machine, this model uses the newly purchased Diedrich machine from Greenstone Coffee Laboratory. We have retained the terroir of Kenya and made the roasting flavor well reflected.

Brewing Jlove99 recommendations:
1. Use 20g powder, about 3-5 on the Pegasus scale (choose 3 if you like it thick, choose 5 if you like it refreshing)
2. Kono filter cup, it will have a thicker and sweeter feeling, the water temperature is between 88-92 degrees
3. The amount of steamed water is about 2 times that of the powder. The water can be gently placed on the surface of the powder.
4. Wait until the surface swells and prepare to inject the second amount of water.
5. Inject 80ml first, then add 80ml after the water level drops, and pour the water into the center of the back section until the water level reaches 300ml.
6. The slow water column can rotate from the inside to the outside (it can rotate normally). Please do not disturb the fans too much.
7. The color of the coffee liquid is as follows. If you want more aroma, you can try raising the water temperature to 93 degrees.
