The 50+ Coffee Life Program at Green Stone Coffee Academy is designed around 10 hands-on sessions and 20 hours of learning over four months.
Rather than offering a one-time coffee experience, we want to give you the time to practice, taste, compare, improve, and gradually develop coffee into a meaningful part of everyday life.
Throughout the program, you will explore coffees from different origins and discover different flavor profiles. With guidance from your instructor, each session combines hands-on practice, tasting, comparison, discussion, and adjustment.
This is more than a one-time roasting experience.
Across 10 sessions, you will work with coffees from different origins and with different characteristics, observing how each coffee responds during the roasting process.
After roasting, your instructor will guide you through cupping and flavor comparison so that you can understand how your roasting decisions influence the final cup.
Roast → Cup → Compare → Discuss → Adjust
Through repeated hands-on practice, you will gradually build your roasting experience, sensory awareness, and flavor memory.
There is no need to master everything in one class. Each session adds another layer to what you already know.
During the program, choose one of the coffees you are most proud of.
If your instructor's cupping evaluation suggests that the coffee has reached an appropriate level, you may be encouraged to take the next step and submit your coffee for evaluation by Coffee Review in the United States.
The goal does not have to be winning an award.
The achievement can be much simpler—and more personal:

Across 10 sessions, you will explore coffees from different countries, origins, processing methods, and flavor profiles.
Under the guidance of your instructor, you will learn through repeated brewing and tasting—from grind size and pouring techniques to extraction and sensory comparison.

As you progress, you will become more aware of acidity, sweetness, aroma, body, and flavor.
The cup of coffee you drink every day may gradually begin to feel very different.
After completing the 10 sessions, you will have developed your own brewing experience, flavor records, and a clearer understanding of the coffees you genuinely enjoy.
