Because in sensory, we don't like higher acidity taste in espresso, especially Kenya.
Beans in Kenya also taste more acidity notes in cups.
However, we would like to taste smooth and rounded sweetness in coffee.
This espresso expressed more sweetness than what we roast before.
Very suit for brewing and extracted in espresso system.
